Being a coffee professional with a long history in cafes, barista training, competition judging, and more, Matt Hughes founded this Hölbean Coffee with the intention of helping people discover the joys of freshly brewed coffee, making specialty coffee a more inviting space, and helping people make better coffee at home.


At Kwantlen Farmers' Market, you can find him eager to tell customers and passers-by about the nuances of flavors in different coffees.
