"At BIMI Fresh, we handcraft gyoza, wontons, and shumai using clean, simple ingredients. Everything is made with love and care — just like how we’d cook for family.
We started at a small farmers market with one table and a big dream — to bring real comfort food to busy local families. Many of our recipes are rooted in tradition and inspired by flavors from our childhoods in East Asia.
We wanted to offer something that’s easy to cook, but full of warmth and meaning in every bite.
We love seeing people smile after the first bite! It’s the greatest reward when someone says, 'This reminds me of home.'
Food has the power to connect — and we feel incredibly grateful to be part of that connection.
We’re so thankful to be part of this wonderful market community, and we look forward to bringing a little handmade comfort to more local homes.
